I just ordered mine yesterday! I've been taking Turbo Kick at the gym for the past yr, but switched gyms and now going through withdrawals, lol.

I also wear 2 bras. I wear a reg sports bra and an Under Armour over it. Like someone else said, they are expensive but worth it!

I agree with the heart rate monitor! I wear mine all the time (to classes lol) and it is a little different each class.

I felt like mine was low too. I burned 417 the other day and then 600 at Zumba. The Insanity felt much harder than Zumba (Zumba was only 15 min longer)! Ofcourse I am on my first week and still not keeping up as well as I would like.

It has definitely been a struggle! Hopefully It will be worth it in the end. But I have a feeling it is going to be a loooong 60 days, lol!

I have a HRM and I usually burn anywear from 620-675 ( once I burned 799 in a class but that seemed like alot) during 1 hr classes like turbo kick and Zumba. I definitely do the high impact. I am 155 5'2. I probably burn more b/c I am not in the best shape and heavier.

I have never done the videos, but I do go to classes regularly. I wear a HRM and usually burn anywhere from 600-675. I usually don't eat my calories back ( I am a nursing mom so I get more calories that usually works for me). Zumba is so much fun enjoy!

Hi I zumba about 3 times a week. I wear a HRM and usually burn 600-675. I've never been below 600. I am definitely glad I bought a HRM Polar FT7, I use it all the time!

I have take turbo kick. I weigh 159 and my HRM usually says around 625. Hope this helps.

You can get a heartrate monitor anywhere. I bought mine at ****s sporting goods. It has a chest strap (pretty comfortable) and a watch that keeps track of calories. I went with a polar f7, I'm not a runner so I didn't need anything to fancy. Definitely best decision i've made!

I think that sounds about right. Ofcourse depending on weight and all that info. I have a heart rate monitor and it says I burn about 300 (sometimes a little less and sometimes a little more) when doing 30 min on elliptical doing the weight loss program resistance 1 than 8 every minute for 33 min (including cool down).
