When I took Jazzercise I use to burn 500-600 a class.

Just got mine yesterday! I thought I had pretty small wrist so I ordered the small. I should have gone with the Large, it does fit, but I am on the last 2 holes. I would definitely recommend the Large if you're on the fence about size.

I take classes, so I usually burn anywhere from 450-650 in 1 hr depending on the class and how much effort I put in that day. I take Jazzercise, Zumba, Spinning, HIIT classes. It all depends on your weight and intensity.

I have both. I haven't completed either program, because I use them when I can't make it to the gym. I will say T25 goes by fast and is a great work out for such a short time. Insanity was Insane!! I have had a polar ft7 for years now and love it. If you are just looking for a heart rate monitor and calorie burn polar ft4 is a little cheaper and will do that. I just ordered the Fit bit charge hr, so I'm eager to see how the calorie burn during my work outs compare to my ft7. Good Luck deciding!

When I got pregnant, My Dr. said what ever workout I had been previously doing I could continue. However she did no want me starting new programs. I think you will fine, of course once you pregnant you should always check with your Dr.

I am 5'2. I felt good at 135, but would love to be at 125. The smallest as an adult I've been was 115, but looking back I looked to thin. I have 40-50 lbs to lose, so just 10 lbs sounds good now, lol.

As others have said, consult a Dr. When I first started Zumba my knees hurt. I got a new pair of gym shoes and had no problems. I don't know a ton about gym shoes, but with all the moving side to side, I steered away from shoes with lots of traction. It made my movements glide better with out sticking and hurting my knees.…
