  • I really think it would depend on your bone structure. I'm 5'7 and back "when" at 125 I was considered "heavy" (looking at me you'd think I was too skinny) and then I was a size 12. I'm big boned, so that weight doesn't work for me. I'm not even close to the weight I would like to be. I figure "smaller" goals are the best…
