Hi, well i found what to work forme when I stall, is to go a liquid diet for maybe 3days.. eat nothing or have nothing but liquids(water,protein shakes,sugar free jello, sugar free puddings, soup,yogurt,cottage chesse,etc.)..lemme know how that works for you,thats if ur willing to try it.And to get your protein in, mix in…

Verily those diseases are wake up calls and I know exactly what you mean,, I lost both my grandmothers a year apart from it. So who would I save?..They are on my list. So I know actually what you mean and how you feel. The more knowledge we have about our bodies,the more we want to take better care of it.

does any1 believe in the afterburn of high intensity training?..ive read up on it, for example..do intervals of jogging, then walking for 1min each. i do this for 30min and have a greAT AFTERBURN

i know4sure u will lose some lbs if u follow it exactly..just have patience with it and when u feel light headed or get a headache..emergen-c works gr8 for that problem...i lost 6-8lbs within3days of liquids, which i had2do for a wk!,just keep ur liquid on hand,such as jello,waters,broths,etc always on hand

OMG!..This just happened to me today...i thought something was wrong with my scale. I talked to my nutritionist 2day and she said it might have been water weight..so who knows but i was extremely freaked out. I lost 4lbs from yesterday
