Something you want to and continue doing for the rest of your life. when you log, make sure you log everything, not just for us to see or not to see, meaning if and when and how you season your foods, put in that…

If you wear a HRM, you'll get your calorie burn according to your weight and intensity. I find this is the best way to know how many calories you burn as we all burn differently. I added Zumba to my cardio exercises here on MFP,at the bottom where it says add your own
