Good morning, DG, I'm in OA - recent member and working towards recovery. I started April 19th, and am working my 5th step Friday. I can't sponsor, but - like you - I am looking for members to share with on a day to day.. both the positive and negatives.

I, for one, appreciate your reply (even though that was, again, a yr ago). I'm doing my first dash tomorrow and was trying to figure that out myself. I will definitely take your post into consideration when I track :-)

I'm obviously not an expert, but i remember hearing or reading somewhere that, when you're supper-hungry and can't stop snacking, your body is actually craving water... have a few glasses of water in a short span of time.. that might help! :)

Agreed!! Also: Proper Etiquette. I hate being taken out to a nice restaurant, only to find that I have better etiquette than he does.

Weight Watchers works on a point system that doesn't take calories into consideration. They look at Protein, Fat, Carbs, and Fibre (you either count calories or fat intake, not both, for diet/weigh management).
