I like to make my own flapjacks, then I can put all my faveourite things in there like, Dark Chocolate Walnuts Dried Fruits Honey Then make a whole batch to last you for the week :-)

Just like other posters are saying - It makes no sense to weigh yourself everyday. It might go up 1lb from yesterday then you would not be happy so you might go and eat something you shouldnt. You could make some flapjacks, cut right back on the butter and sugar, add a little honey instead - throw in some crushed walnuts, almonds and some dried fruit. Make a batch and they will last you throughout the week - healthy and delicious :-)

I recently bought a couple of healthy eating cook books, one of them tells you how many calories per portion. They are pretty good as you dont use much oil and creamy or high calorie/fat items. When I do my onions, I usually use the spray oil, about 5 squirts and if I want them nice and caramelized then I add a little tsp of balsamic vineger, it does have a few calories but is very tasty. I have a vibro plate, have had in for couple of years and it has been used for hanging my clothes on. However, since joining myfitnesspal - I have been using it all the time because apperently it burns a lot of calories, and you dont even have to do anything - thats my kind of exercise :-)

Hello whenever I go into the kitchen to prepare meals, I try and have a small glass of water. Sometimes I drink it all and have another and think, oh I must have been thirsty but I didnt even realise! x
