What are some of your best guilt-free snacks??
Here are some of mine...
-Roasted Chickpeas
-Air popped pop-corn
-Greek yogurt with sugar free/fat free pudding mix
-Baby Carrots with a 1 tbs of natural peanut butter
-Salsa with a toasted low-carb whole wheat wrap
-Hummus and veggies
-Strawberries with fat free cool-whip
-Reduced fat string cheese
-Almonds
-Gerber puffs
-Salad with fat free balsamic vinaigrette
-Low fat cheddar cheese with turkey pepperoni and special k crackers
-Dill pickles
-Fat free/sugar free fudgecicles
-cucumber slices in greek yogurt mixed with ranch dressing packet
-Dry cheerios
....probably could think of a few more!

Hmm, I don't know of TOO many Guilt-Free Snacks, as i'm getting back into the habit, but so far..
* A few slices of Banana, with some Adam's Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter ontop and a teeny drizzle of Organic Honey, mm.
* Handful or two of Special K Cereal, Blueberry - maybe Vector if I have it on hand
.. that's all I have, LOL.0 -
tablespoon of jif with omega
anybody's peanutbutter protein bar
ounce of dill havarti with slice of jalapeno0 -
bump.
If I had to say:
Raw veggies and hummus or low-fat ranch
Cheerios (yes, like a little kid)
popcorn
sugar-free anything
Ghirardelli chocolate squares (It you want a chocolate fix just go for the good stuff and smaller portions will usually do ya.)0 -
Honey Roasted Peanut Butter by the spoonful...yummy0

Oh pancakes!! I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!! I have been making cottage-cheese oatmeal pancakes....super good, low-cal, and PACKED with protein!0 -
