This... I have 15 friends and generally get 1-2 comments - and I generally am commenting on 7-8 people per day. It is fine for me - but if you want more support, add more friends. People log on at different times and if they already have a bunch of friends...that factors into it as well.

I just ate 2800 calories in a 2 hour time span. I was totally aware and could not stop myself. All the hard work down the drain in no time. WTF is my problem?!

Thanks to everyone that responded! Your reminders and words of encouragement helped me feel connected and have helped me stay on track. Since a friend of mine is taking me out for a fancy sushi dinner, I decided to save most of my calories for that. I won't have any extra but I DIDN'T BINGE...and that is a miracle!…

I dont' feel the response is appropriate...that's why I'm posting for here...for support and words of reason. I recognize that my impulse to eat after a disappointment is WRONG.

I only discovered this 3 weeks ago - but I am taking indoor rowing classes and just using my right leg. It is an AMAZING cardio workout!!!! My class is called Indo-Row but other gyms may have something…

I've been wondering about this too. It seems contrary to all that I've done before which is eat 1200 calories to lose weight and if you exercise, you'll lose faster. But this time around, at 38, even in the first few weeks of losing (which pounds should come off quicker) I'm not losing as quickly and have wondered if my…

I just tried Bum Bum today...could only get through 15 min! It's hard! But I'm also recovering from a broken foot so my left leg is pretty weak. Did anyone else find it hard?
