Gained .8 when I should've lost 1.35...now I just want to EA
Did the Olivia method this week. Based on my calculations, I should have lost 1.35lbs. Instead I gained .8. It is day 7 of my period but it's basically over. I have been doing ALL the right things but to see a gain instead of a loss after a week of working hard...well - I just want to eat whatever the hell I want. HELP!
