SHREDDERS: L3D5 complete...with gusto! Only 5 days left! Here are the stats...did Squat Challenge first...220 squats, 20 minutes, 164 calories. Then Shredded...27 min, 218 calories. That's 382 calories for 47 minutes of work. I like it. TELL ME! TELL ME! IT'S GETTING TO THE WIRE...HOW WAS YOUR SHRED TODAY?!

SHREDDERS!!! L3D1 Complete. I do like it better than L2 but I'm doing mostly Anita mods when it comes to anything plank-ish. I will say jump squats after 180 squat challenge was tough but I survived! Day 7 complete - 80 squats. Glad to have a rest day tomorrow since I'm doing Shred, too. Wishing that had a rest day but I'm not taking one. I did 2 sets of 40 btw...taking a short rest in between.
