    thanks, very well put .. i knew about the water / glycogene 3 to every 1 gram .... but didn't know the full story about energy storage ... very helpfull thanks for posting :) I always gain weight when I eat bread silly amounts of weight like 6 lbs in a week .. then the following week will lose the same kind of weight when I stop eating bread .. I made the connection to bread ... not stored energy :)
