The problem may have been with me categorizing it as ''age restricted''....I fixed that.

I'm in about 12 other groups. The only other ones i've posted in are Clean Eating, Northern New York, a Wiccan one and MFP Buddhist. They're all pretty supportive as far as I can see!

I think using creative visualization to facilitate weight loss and getting in shape is a good thing. I've been communicating with my stored fat cells and the parts of my body where excess fat is stored. It feels kind of odd, but has worked very well.

I use nonfat milk I sometimes use small amounts of flavored syrups...usually stick with the coffee and nonfat though. I drink equal exchange chai in the morning.
