We are doing pretty well right now. Susan's health is stable and her prognosis is excellent, but the chances of emergencies are still there. She had a blood clot incident a few weeks ago. Thanks for your support!

Hi Ren...and welcome. Best of luck with using my fitness pal....its a great tool! I started this group, but haven't posted much since. My partner had heart failure in mid-July & my attention has been shifted into caregiving. Health is stable now. How's everyone doing?

I'm pulling out of this challenge. Two co-workers, who I hadn't seen in some time, told me I shouldn't lose any more weight. I respect their opinions. I'm going to shift my emphasis to weight stability and increasing fitness. We'll see where that takes me. I'll still be around my fitness pal. Thank you all for your support!

I'm 54. 55 in November. I've lost 65 lbs in 6 months. I log all my food and calorie containing liquids on mfp. Walking is my main exercise..also do yoga. Going to start strength training day after tomorrow, Anyone can ''friend'' me.

I got the workbook a few days ago,,discovered its meant to be a companion/supplement to the book and dvd. Ordered the book and am now waiting on that. Will post again when it arrives.
