I don't think so; If that was lunch, you would log it as lunch. The water category is for how many cups of water you drink per day.

I'd go with the pound of strawberries suggestion :)

That is what people tell me too, although I feel like I eat pretty healthy. I'm sure there are things I could cut out, like sweets or wine here and there, but for the most part I eat clean. I will step it up, too, and see what happens! Thanks for your reply :-)

My name is Beth, and I'm a full time working mom of 2. I work as a mental health counselor for mentally ill adults, with illnesses ranging from depression to schizophrenia. I love my job, and it's flexible so I'm able to be home to put my children on and take them off of the bus each day. My days are still very rushed,…

YES! The best thing to do is just to make yourself exercise. You will feel better, because the exercise will get the endorphins in your brain going and lift your mood. I know it's easier said than done when you are experiencing low energy and other depressive symptoms.Surround yourself with supportive people who will hold…

I'm finishing up Insanity the next 2 weeks but will be starting P90X again in March... I'll send you a friend request!

I borrowed the workouts from friends and did not get the nutrition guides. I was 168 lbs and that's way too heavy for someone with a 5'2" frame. 124 lbs is very healthy. And why so rude? I joined this group and asked a simple question in hopes of learning something!

Hi! I'm 5'2" and lost 46 lbs in about 4 months last spring doing P90X and using myfitnesspal. My calories were set to 1200 or less, and the workouts were anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes depending on the day. I worked out 6 days per week. I've maintained all of that weight loss and feel great. Best of luck to you!

I'm one of the people who MFP told to eat 1200 calories or less. I typically go over, but not by much. This enabled me to lose 46 lbs when I did P90X last year. How many calories do you all recommend for someone who is 5'2",weighs 124 lbs, and does Insanity?

It's really difficult to know how accurate the readings are. My friend and I both bought el cheapo heart rate monitors this week from WalMart and were happy with the results. Then we tried an experiment and purchased a more expensive one. Totally different (and much, much lower) reading. It's actually pretty frustrating…
