I have a hard time at the beginning of my workout and I was told to keep going until my endorphins kicked in. I feel it happen daily, after about 20-30 minutes my energy really kicks in! Keeps me going, Great Advice!

I'm losing weight to stay alive. I want to be around for my daughter as long as possible. It also feels super good! ;-) No Excuses!:tongue:
