What is the best advice you've been given about fitness/diet?

    I have a hard time at the beginning of my workout and I was told to keep going until my endorphins kicked in. I feel it happen daily, after about 20-30 minutes my energy really kicks in! Keeps me going, Great Advice!

    I have a huge appetite so I drink hot tea during the day to curb it.. really helps! I also make myself guzzle at least 6 cups of water a day... trying to get to 8!
