Yoga day week 3. I think yoga is my least favorite when doing it but one of the ones I think is doing the most for me. 7 lbs so far. I am excited to weigh in this week. Adding elliptical and running in whenever I can.

Week 3, day 1. Chest and back. 7 lbs down in two weeks and who knows how much muscle added. I am adding in 20 min of elliptical everyday to stay loose. (I have bad knees so I don't run often)

Nice, we are almost at the same spot. I am weighing in once a week so my weight in is in the morning. I am excited.

I just finished week two. My hubby and I are doing it together. I wanted support here because my hubby is at his goal weight and is doing this to stay in shape and I about about 40-50 lbs overweight.
