I haven't been doing well and I am so mad at myself. I have been busy with school so have been coming up with 'good' excuses to avoid exercise. I try to watch what I eat but I guess that is not enough. I hope I can get back on the wagon again. :( SW 160 W1 153 W2 156 W3 158 W4 159

My week 2 mini challenge will be to have my dinner lastest at 7pm and to drink more water.

SW: 158 Week 1 weight: 156 GW: 130 I have been on a plateau for a while. I gave up meat this week and ate mainly beans. I don't know if that worked the magic but I am happy. I hope the weight continues to drop though. We can do this y'all!

Hi, I'm Nelo and my weight has been yo-yo'ing for way too long. I am trying to get it to a health range for once in my adult life. I want to lose 30lbs and hope that these small challenges will help me keep on track. I am 5'4 and weigh 160lbs. Let's do this!
