This is the best challenge ever and I am in. I am in until i reach my goal weight and maintain for a least 3 months. Since i have a long way to go I'm in for a long time. Thanks for keeping this up, Donna!!

I'm in. I was (and need to start again) doing daily mini challenge during the week. I would love to count my tailgate 16 ounce curls on the weekends but think that's pushing it : ) - So weekends I will need to step it up a bit before footballs starts -- RTR

So -Started at 176.6. I wanted to be 172 at end of this month and ended up 175.8. Still down .8 pounds for the month - - I'll take any loss I can. Well....I'm still running. Did 3.7 miles last week. Not as addicted i would like to be. Just cant get out there enough : ( -- Anyway -- come a long way from not even being able to run a mile. Don't know if I will ever build up to a 10K. Love that endumondo is now linked. Helps a ton.

i think tomorrow will prove to be a gain. Was out of town last week and just cant get back into it. I really really really need focus since the holidays are coming. Same thing happened last year. I havent made the list in 3 weeks. I need to get some motivation to pick up the weight loss. I can feel how happy everyone is when they make the list - LOVE IT. Congrats to all.

Thanks so much for the encouragement - just what i need. So true : ) - i think the whole thing is a "head game" at this point. I need to tell myself I'm a runner like ya'll have and then maybe that last 5 minutes will become the norm : )

Well - I've started twice -- first in May and made it through week 6 and then started to travel and fell off. Started again end of July and made it week 8 day one then got pneumonia --- I am just now recovering so want to start back. Not sure what week my lungs will let me do ---- but I'm ready to get back at it.

Congrats to yall!!!!! I once again have not completed the program. I'm stuck at about 25 minutes and just not keeping up with it after week 7. I am doing the jingle bell 5K run in December so I need to get back into it.
