Good for day one month one. Hoping this challenge helps me reach my goal!!! I must say - I was going to only do 25 minutes of exercise yesterday but knew I would be consuming alcohol last night so did another 20 minutes. Thanks goodness - that kept me within my calorie limit! I would have been out day 1 otherwise : (

CW: 186 (and gained 7 pound back from last year). Goal: Make this challenge. Lose 2 pounds by end of month
