All you can do is stay dedicated, motivated, and keep working harder. Losing weight takes a lot of hard work and an incredible amount of patience. It literally took me 2 years of intense exercise and dieting before I actually started noticing a difference in my body physically, and I still have some work left to go. Each…

Losing weight takes a lot of time, patience, hard work, and dedication. You can't expect to see results by the 3rd day already, that's almost impossible. It took me 2 years of ridiculous exercise and dieting before I even started feeling happy and satisfied about how my body looked, and I still have a lot of work to go.…

Sorry, can't join you on this one!! Especially since a new college semester is about to start, which basically makes it impossible to not have alcohol, lol.

I'm exactly like you. During the summer, I go 6 days a week for 3-4 hours. During the school year, I go 4-5 times a week also for 3-4 hours. I'm seriously addicted to going to the gym too, and I also start getting withdrawals if I miss one day without going, lol.

Stop drinking diet soda! It's complete garbage in my opinion. If you really want to lose weight, stick to drinking water and ditch the soda, believe me, you will be thankful once you realize how much of a difference it makes. Good luck!!

I personally think that it doesn't matter, and that it's just up to the person's personal preference. I've heard most people say that it's best to do the weights first, and then the cardio. I personally do my cardio first and then weights because 1: I feel more warmed up and my muscles are more stretched/warmer, and 2: If…

I wouldn't get on an elliptical with weights if I were you. If you really want to burn more calories on an elliptical, simply increase the intensity level on the machine itself, which will make it harder on your legs.

That's amazing!!! Great job!! I stopped drinking soda about 3-4 years ago and it's ridiculous how much weight it helps you lose!

Don't worry, I have those days too. You can't do anything about it, except move on and try to learn from your mistakes/correct what you did wrong in the future. If you stick with your diet & exercise routine, it will be like you never even had that cheat day. Stay dedicated!!

How about everything? : )

I have actually done that recently, and it really helps. I've bought jeans 2 sizes smaller and shirts 1-2 sizes smaller. It really motivates you to work out harder and gives you a goal to achieve. Once you actually achieve that goal of fitting into your new clothes, you gain a ridiculous amount of confidence as well and…

If you want to increase muscle mass, you should concentrate more on strength. I would not stop doing cardio, however, because it is a good way to tone your body and lose fat so that your muscles become more defined. When doing weights, if you actually want to increase muscle mass, you should do more weight with less reps.…
