Me too. I started in January & did so well over the summer, made major progress. Then a couple weeks before I went back to school I started eating like crap again & basically watched all the progress I made go straight down the drain :frown:

The minimum amount of calories you should eat a day are 1200. It gives the body enough energy to run properly. Unless told by a doctor, you shouldn't be eating less than this amount.

I have a rice cake with some peanut butter & half a banana on top. Literally all I eat.

I've made a fruit dip with some plain Chobani by mixing it with some peanut butter, honey and cinnamon. But hmm I'll definitely have to look out for those next time I'm at the store !

There's an app called Fit Radio that's free to download. It has different playlists and genres to choose from. Kind of like Pandora, but no slow songs.

eh my stomach hurts a lot of times, like a burningish feeling when it gets really bloated & feels like there is air in it. But other than that not really.

yes, thank you. I know my stomach will expand a little after I eat a meal, but I know that it shouldn't be expanding as much as it does. hahah I'm not one of those girls who are like 'omg I can't eat ANYTHING because my stomach is SO fat'.

haha believe me it's usually a lot worse than that because I usually eat more than what I ate this morning, but thanks that makes me feel a little better. I've always had a love/hate relationships with my belly more than any other part of my body anyways :p

Yeah i'm going to try to limit some of the foods I eat a lot that i saw on the FODMAP list, but definitely going out & buying some probiotics as well. Thanks everyone ! I should of asked this awhile ago but I would always forget to take photos of before, haha.

Yeah this has been happening for most of my life, maybe I'll try taking some probiotics. I hate pills though, the only pill I can take without feeling like I have to gag is my birth control because they're so tiny, ahaha.

I'm not tall or heavy either, but I get shin splints very easily due to my flat feet & suffered all through high school basketball with them.
