Friendly's...I always get the kids meal so it's not as large of a meal, but then it comes with a free ice cream which I of course just HAVE to get ) : haha.

My iPod broke and I didn't have any music for awhile so while on the elliptical I would just read a book. I don't know how people can not listen/do anything while working out because it just drags on and makes it so much worse for me ! ahha.

I do cardio when I first get to the gym for 20 minutes. Then do my arm and half of my core strength training. Then I do cardio again for another 20 minutes and then finish off with my leg exercises and the rest of my core exercises.

Yeah I don't eat pork or beef anyway so I always go for Turkey or Chicken based meats. And the frozen veggies and fruits are a good idea since I always see them on sale.

I wish my boyfriend would do it with me but he's too lazy and doesn't think he needs to. He's not obese or anything, but he could definitely use some toning up. But he promised me for my birthday which is in April he'll stop smoking and he's down to one a day now, so hopefully once he stops he'll start going to the gym…

I unfortunately live in an apartment so I can't/don't have a trampoline. When I lived at my mom's house we had a trampoline and I would always go work out on, and sometimes even go tan on it, haha.
