  • I just got a set of pint glasses from my boyfriend's favorite show. This is the shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/NexusGlass?ref=l2-shopheader-name The prices are good and the shipping was very, very fast.
  • Exactly! Also, since I do that and end up eating less during the day, I end up being hungry all night. I've been trying to make myself have my dinner, then wait a half hour and then eat an apple or lots of grapes. I fill up on something healthy right after so I feel less hungry both physically and mentally.
  • My boyfriend is. I started at the end of February and he joined in May after seeing my progress. He's lost 32 pounds so far and has gained so much more confidence. It's great to have a partner on this site.
  • yeah I'm assuming it's a metabolism shock. Like my settings were lightly active and losing 1.5 pounds a week and I had 1480 cals a day. If i go over usually it's only by 100 but this weeks I've gone over by 300-500 cals for several days in a row. I just changed my settings from losing 1.5 to only losing 1 pound a week, so…
  • I'm having the same thing but opposite. A cheat day turned into a cheat week and I lost 5 pounds. I'm confused as heck.
  • I used Yaz for about a year and half. Loved it. Made me lose weight for a while and my only problems were that when I took the placebos, I almost always got a migraine. However, it can really mess with people so my insurance stop putting me on it. My doctor then gave me Orth-Tri Cyclen Lo and it was awful. Gained 12…
  • A little olive oil and some Mrs Dash and I'm good. Try to find McCormick's Montreal chicken seasoning. SO YUMMY!
  • I'm right at the end of level two and I haven't lost any weight from it. My strength has increased and I've lost a lot of inches though. But I should add that I just started a new pill too and that might me inhibiting my weight loss. But overall, I've seen lots of improvements especially on my belly, which is where I hold…
  • I had to give up buying gummy fruit snacks. I will binge binge binge on those. Which is weird because half the time i don't even like the taste.
  • I started a week before you and i'm dealing with the same stuff. I like the workouts because they are making me toned and stronger. I've lost a lot of inches on my tummy, which is where I carry all my weight. But on the scale, I've only lost .5 of a pound. I still think it's a great workout though.
  • I'm a member of the "Binge-Eating Support Group" group on here and it's helpful when I'm feeling low. Remember to not beat yourself up! i noticed I started binging less when I stopped beating myself up after a binge. Just by saying "Ok, this happened. Tomorrow's a new day and i'm going to work hard tomorrow. I'm bigger…
  • i'm a fan of almond milk but i'm confused by how long it can stay in your fridge? Most containers say it's only good for 7 days after opening? Is that true or just a guideline?
  • You absolutely need at least one rest day a week. I started 30ds a week ago. Worked out for three days straight, everything hurt, then I gave myself a rest day. It was great because when I went to work out the next day, only my quads hurt a tiny bit but nothing else did. My endurance has increased a ton too. Your body…
  • Adobo seasoning (the yellow/red bottle that's for chicken) is great on everything in my book.
  • Well I started here at about the same stats as you. I eat back most of my exercise cals and i lose about 1-1.5 a week. If that helps at all
  • i follow this guide: http://greatist.com/health/the-complete-guide-to-workout-nutrition/
  • this is my recipe. It makes 8 brownies at about 98 cals each. Easily can be doubled. Walmart Great Value - Black Beans-Drained and Rinsed, 0.5 container (1 4/5 cups ea.) Sugar - Cane, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp Nestle Toll House - Cocoa Powder, 2 Tbsp Egg - Whole, Raw, Fresh, 1 egg Eggs - White only, raw, 1 large Oil - Vegetable,…
  • For everyday stress, exercise has greatly helped with my anxiety. For very stressful times, I take a little bit of Valerian root to calm me down. I just try to keep myself occupied when I'm in a stressful situation by chewing gum, knitting, reading, etc.
  • Mine is closed for personal reasons. I have a history of problems when it comes to food that I'm not really open about in general. I need to deal with it myself before I have other people checking it out. Then again, i joined mfp because I wanted to build a better relationship with food. Tracking my food really helps with…
  • Until today, I was binge-free for 2 weeks. But I'm super stressed and even though it's not the best, i'm letting myself have this binge. I know I'm strong enough to start fresh tomorrow without a doubt, and that's what really matters.
  • Me too! I'm at 202.6 finally but it's taken 2 weeks to get there.
  • It definetly seems like you need to eat more. I'm at 202 right now, and my calorie goal is around 1500. Eating 1200 is just too low, especially with the workouts you're doing. I know it seems weird to eat back your calories, but it honestly works.
  • I'm a very anxious person and one way i combat this is by chewing gum and sometimes sucking on hard candy. I don't count these (unless I have an excessive amount, like 20 lifesavers in a day or something.) I don't let myself sweat it because it's a coping mechanism for me. and hey, a tiny bit of calories here and there…
  • Lol, hey nicole! What's up?
  • I prefer walmart's brand of benefiber so i can mix in it lots of things. It dissolves quickly and doesn't add flavor
  • Eh I have a love/hate relationship with his show too. However, he actually was right about the apple juice-arsenic thing.
