I'm lucky to not have had true depression. Certainly down days but nothing serious. I recall reading in a number of places that exercise is as good as any pills. Perhaps not in the severe case but I always feel 'up' after a good run!

Totally agree :). When talking about a balanced diet it's very important to get the right vitamin and mineral levels in! When in a calorie defect I make sure I take a multi-vitamin too :).

Just to add.. I'm sure loads here have it.. but just by the fact you know you'll need to write it down means you'll go for the healthy option! You look way better in both photos than the first one... but to be honest (you asked :)) you look better in the Jan photo (second one) than the last one? Could just be lighting/camera angle but were you exercising more in Jan? Maybe eating more 'healthy' food in Jan over Feb? (I'm not talking calories, but quality).
