  • I would recommend starting with once a week weigh ins to start off with. You will soon know if that works for you or not. Also weigh yourself first thing in the morning after you've been for a wee and before having anything to eat and drink. x

  • If I do eat breakfast then I sometimes like to have 2 slices of toast (weight watchers bread totalling 96cals) with 2 scrambled egg whites using 50ml milk (totalling 90cals), so my total calories for 2 scrambled eggs on 2 slices of toast is 186cals. Love it! x
  • People say that you should eat it to stop you getting hungry later and snacking and to kick start your metabolism. I get pretty grumpy if I don't have breakfast, but I try not to have it. I don't snack, I just wait until lunch time to eat anything. x
