hi, I am Donna, 36 and from West Sussex. I am currently 154lbs a uk SIZE 14 and i feel that for my 5ft frame that is far too large. The main problem is my horrible flabby belly! My goal is to get to a size 12 - not too worried about the weight, as nobody knows what that is unless i tell them :-)

im 5ft and MFP set my daily calorie intake to 1200 i was 156lb and want to get to at least 125 lb

HELLOOOO Im 5ft and medium build...and i want to get to 130-125lbs.....currently im 154.. to be honest, im not too worried aboutt he weight (as only I know what that is) i just want to be able to wear a size 12 again (currently 14-16)

its horrible!! in the past month or so ive lost 6lbs...ive put that all back on though - as next week, is that well loved TOM!!! feel very bloated, clothes are tighter than usual and i feel horrible looking at it - it had got so much smaller!! and to make matters worse, a work collegue asked if im pregnant!!!! devastated

Asalaam alaikum everybody. i have lost at least 6lbs since Ramadan started. My current clothes are feeling looser and my old clothes are getting close to fitting again :-) hope everybody has a successful Ramadan

I don't eat a lot anyway.. Tea and 1 slice of toast for breakfast. A small lunch- sometimes And a small chicken dinner - with either pasta, rice or salad So I do NOT overeat or eat badly

I eat twice a day , breakfast and dinner... I force myself to eat donething little during the day too. I exercise daily. I don't eat chocolate, don't drink fizzy drink...
