It's probably not a great idea, but I like to wrap a wedge of the light laughing cow in about 3 slices of Oscar Meyer Deli Select smoked ham and just eat it as a ham and cheese roll. It's a little protein snack that's pretty light, but filling.

You can add me too. I'm a Type2 that just had the shock of finding that my Bg had hit 450 in 5 weeks (5 weeks of not monitoriing, I'm afraid) I'm fairly new to MFP but been on it for 2 weeks and have already lost 5 lbs and my sugars are now running about 120. I love this site.

Another tasty idea is mix Sugar Free Jello Pudding with Sugar Free Cool Whip, then freeze. Turns out like a frozen mousse.
