Is been really moody the last few days. Sometimes syncing, sometimes not. And then sometimes its only reflected on some of my devices and not on others !?! Hopefully it will be back to normal soon.

My sugar is always high bc I LOVE grapes... Lol. I don't worry about it too much other then when I eat so many grapes it upsets my stomach... Lol... If only I was joking ;).

Is there a reason that your doctors chose to use an antidepressant off label vs using a sleep med like Ambian? Edit: elavil is used to treat sleep frequently for individuals resistant to other sleep ,eds. However it is a very odd first line drug for sleep use unless you have other issues like depression, sleep walking, etc.

Your local health organization is correct. Our bodies are extremely adaptable and will learn to do activities with less effort (ie it gets easier and your heart rate doesn't go up as high assuming the same effort, time, distance, etc). Good luck in your journey!

Iron levels? If you cut a lot of red meal out of your diet and didnt replace them w green leaves like spinach, you could be experiencing fatigue from iron deficiency. As someone mentioned, try a multivitamin. :). If that doesn't help, see your doctor!

Score for you!!! Maybe consider keeping some of them with their tags like the other poster suggested. If your body does change then you can always take those in and exchange them for a smaller size. Hopefully the smaller size will look just as amazing on you :). I find fitting into different pants can be affected by time…

I'm on the smaller side and find that it doesn't take that many pounds to vary in pants sizes (anywhere from a 00 to a 4 with 15 lbs). But I guess it really depends on your body componsition and where you carry your weight. Complete aside: Where the heck can you find 7 pairs of jeans for $100??? Or do you mean $100 each?

Have you seen a psychiatrist or your family med doc? There are medications that will subvert sleep walking. Also unusual behaviors in sleep tend to increase with stress. So good self care is also important. Good luck!

Self esteem from weight loss can be frail. Instead consider increasing your self esteem seperate to your weight loss. It will probably actually help you in the weight loss journey. Best of luck in finding happiness, be it with or without mr. tall dark and handsome.

LMAO! Always ask for the other menue... There are two in many authentic resturants... just to keep from scaring those who are not seeking the real stuff... OP: Something steamed should be good. Seafood or veggies are also reasonably safe choices.

I find that it's hard to eat large amounts of very dark chocolate. Have you tried switching to dark chocolate? I went through a HUGE chocolate phase when I was breastfeeding. I ate dark chocolate and worked out to ensure I stayed in my calorie goals. Good luck!

If you have your body media synced with you myfitnesspal you don't manually input calorie burn unless you put in the exact times you were working out. If you are putting the times you are working out then you should be good to go.
