This. Many people on MFP have no idea what they are talking about and just like to repeat what they're read ONLINE (vs reading real original research).

The answer may be different if the person wasn't obviously financially well off (ie, the couple of hundred dollars would make the difference between feeding the children or not). She raised you, it's only right that u care for her in her old age. If u need any additional incentive, remember ur modeling elderly care for the…

4'10" to 4'11.5" depending on whose measuring(I thin people try to say I'm taller bc they don't want to hurt my feelings... Lol! Which is just silly). Always happy for more fun size friends!

Break up in person. I would guess that he's really good at reading lip if ur face to face. Edit: it takes two people to make a relationship work, only one to break up.

Weight naturally goes up and down a couple of pounds a day. Not worth getting worked up over if it isn't a persistent gain. Though trust me, I totally understand the feelings. I know with my body it's not unusual for me to plateau for 4-6 weeks before obtain a sudden drop (can be anywhere from 2-5 pounds in one to two…

Anorexia as a specific diagnostic criteria. Look it up and see if u fit. Ur obviously not in the US from the way u report ur weight or I would say reference the DSM. just because its not anorexia does not mean its not bulimia (no the difference is not binging and purging) diagnostic differential is based on weight. It…

Lol! I do. I blame it on the PTSD from deployment ;). We are both CCLs but neither of us run w our weapons. He chooses to run w a Barton. When not running w our very large dogs, I run w mace in hand. Edit. This is despite me having a black belt and pretty rounded martial arts training.

Have had both, the are pretty similar. No difference in accuracy that I could tell. Fitbit is easier to hide. The company pissed me off bc they only offered me a slight discount on a new fitbit when it died bc I sweated too much on it even though it was less then a year old. WTF!? A fitness item u can't sweat on!? They…

Thx! Great info. I'm glad to hear that my 9mm Glock will do some damage if I need it. No bears here in TX that I'm aware of :). At least not on my run. Not that I run w my weapon. Just mace for the wild dogs or humans. Though I have recently heard about hog issues.

Yes, you hit the nail on the head yourself. You said that mom's been giving you a lifetime of comments that you have been ignoring. But these comments can become incorperated into our personal scripts about ourselves. It took time to develop those scripts. It takes time to rewrite them. :)

Lol! Does it make me unamerican that I don't like either?

I own the first. Great shorts. Also have them in both colors... lol. Totally recommend them for conceal and carry. One of my favorite carry methods actually. Conceals pretty darn well which can be hard for us girls. I would NOT recommend running in them. It is a level 0 holster. I know diddly about bears but the general…

Yes, 5.11 makes undershirts that you can conceal and carry with. The female version sucks. I have one and would NEVER run with it. I'd return both (I bought it in white and black) if I could. They might work better for larger individuals. My hubby seemed pretty happy with his. BUT he complains that the "holster" area…

Wow, that's the size of a home defense spray! However, I'd rather run with that then be defenseless against a bear. As someone else has already said, one learns to adapt their running styles to account for items they need to have with them. Be that a water bottle or a big o can of bear whip *kitten*.
-
You got bit by a bear!?! I don't blame you for being afraid! If I'm not running with my two big *kitten* dogs, I run with pepper spray in my hand. I try to keep my grip loose but the button in the right spot to push the trigger quickly if I need to. That way it doesn't mess with my form too much. Maybe a small can of bear…

Good luck Sweety.
