You are supposed to eat: Less than 30% of your calories from fat 15-20% of calories from protein 55-60% of your calories from carbs On a 1200 calore diet 1200x.15= 180 calories there are 4 calories per gram of protein 180/4= 45 grams of protein thats where they get the number from

Im pretty sure you cant pick a area to loose fat you have to just loose weight I wish there was a magic way get rid of love hadles

Hey I just got mine yesterday and I am so pumped. Has anyone actually used their recovery stuff. If so is it reall any better than something I could but at GNC

I like to eat every three hours. It helps me not be extremely hungry so I dont end up over eating at any meals.

I have no problem with the carbs and the fats but i eat to much protein everyday.

maybe it is your thyoid. I'd go to the doctor and have them check that.
