Hey everyone,
I just thought I would tell everyone what is going on in my world.
I bought a new scale because my had broken in the middle, so the support wasn't right; I got on the silly thing and found out I was about ten pounds less than what I was.
Then, my appetite has been really changing. I feel no desire to eat and am not hungry all of the time. I don't eat when I am bored either. So, my servings have been smaller. While I am not starving myself, I am just eating enough to where I am full and then I am stopping. Drinking a lot of water all of the time seems to be making a difference as well.
Now, I started at 210 and am down to 191! I am so happy. Now I am worried that my previous scale was all wrong and I haven't really lost anything. At the same time, this is also motivation because I can keep thinking that I have lost some weight and then I will keep losing if I keep working on it.
Let me know what you guys are thinking.

Since you seem to be feeling good and your eating habits are better I would not worry about the scale to much.0
