I completely sympathize. I think that the best way to not rebound is to get a system that you can really stick with over a long period of time, without feeling like you are getting cheated out of anything. Of course we all need a splurge sometimes, but starving yourself will only make the rebound worse.

I think that spreading out smaller meals is a better way to raise your metabolism throughout the day. However, I have done it both ways (two to three larger meals or four to five smaller meals) and both work... so no worries!

And it is so tough to eat out! We went to the Cheesecake Factory today... there goes two days worth of caloric intake right there! :^)

Hi everybody. I am on here to keep track of progress and keep a record of my work. Has anyone suffered from calorie-counting obsession? :^) My husband doesn't understand at all!
