  • I completely sympathize. I think that the best way to not rebound is to get a system that you can really stick with over a long period of time, without feeling like you are getting cheated out of anything. Of course we all need a splurge sometimes, but starving yourself will only make the rebound worse.

  • I think that spreading out smaller meals is a better way to raise your metabolism throughout the day. However, I have done it both ways (two to three larger meals or four to five smaller meals) and both work... so no worries!

  • Hi everybody. I am on here to keep track of progress and keep a record of my work. Has anyone suffered from calorie-counting obsession? :^) My husband doesn't understand at all!
