I'm back and I'm motivated to lose weight. I want to be in shape when I turn 50. I started Zumba two months ago, but I need to track my food. Friend's support would be wonderful. Motivation and accountability are wonderful tools to lose weight. I would love any new friends.....

I'm back and I want to make this work.... Doing Zumba for 6 hours each week for 2 months and only lost 5 lbs. I'm maintaining, but I need to lose more..... I have some health issues, but more importantly I want to be in shape by Dec. 5 - I'm also turning 50. I could use some friends for support and cheer.... :wink: Please…

Thanks for the welcome grandmallie. I have MS and when I put weight on it really makes for some hardships. It seems as I'm getting older it's harder and harder to keep the weight off.... I just wish I didn't enjoy eating so much... :laugh:

I'm new here, I turn 50 in December. I'm on a serious mission..... Going to get this weight off. I'm going to start using "My Fitness Pal" along with my weekly 6 hours of Zumba.
