I'm new with this program. I'm 48 years old, happily married and have one daughter in college. I have Multiple Sclerosis and know I need to have a healthy diet and some type of workout program. I was hoping to find a few friends on here who might understand MS and the challenges that come with it. :smile:
I read a while back about muscle weighing more than fat. I take part in 6 hours of Zumba a week. I'm using MFP for eating plan. Is there a article that can explain the muscle principle? I'm holding at the same number on my weight, but I'm losing inches like crazy....
I'm so bummed. I found out that our scale was not working properly. I weight myself on my daughters scale and was mortified! We bought a new scale after church this afternoon. I just got on it - I want to cry. I guess I'll use last week as a lesson. I feel like I lost, but I don't know how much for sure...... Could sure…
