I have been using the Nuvaring for years. I have found that it hasn't affected my weight loss. If I am eating right and moving more I see the weight drop as I did before I was on it. I love the Nuvaring and this would be the last thing I would change if my weight loss stalled because I cannot think of what my alternatives…

Agree, the lowest you can go on the new system is 26 points. Are you sure you calculated using the new system?
