I love to eat avocado and tomatoes on Ezekiel bread toast, topped with everything but the bagel seasoning. The best thing ever! Also, make a salad (cucumber, tomato, red pepper, black beans, feta, one whole lime and baby greens chopped up very small, or add cilantro). It's so good and refreshing for dinner.

I just found this bar yesterday. I don't know if it's new or what, but I've never seen it. It is good, although it does have only a slight cotton candy flavor. I loved the texture of it because it has marshmallows inside. I would buy again if it wasn't 5 dollars! 180 calories for one bar.
