If I get the munches at night I go to bed! Can't eat if I'm asleep! otherwise go with the flow, log it all down and start again the next day x

I posted something similar. Last week, I go to the gym 3 x per week and do 40 mins cross trainer 40-50 mins tread mill and weights in each session. A lot of people suggested around 30 mins per session, but for me personally that's not enough as I like to push myself to see me burning more calories x

I just think I've got over/ gone past the need to overeat / eat unhealthy foods now....the other weekend I told myself I would have a treat for tea- and I ended up with a mushroom omelet instead.... Lol

If you talk to your carer then he/ she may be able to help you choose/ cook new foods, help you with new exercises etc x

I'm too scared to have a Cheat day! I think if I did I would find it hard to be strict the following day!

I lost 5 inches from my belly in my first 4 weeks, Lots of excersie and healty diet. Oh and no alcohol! X

I always pick gym machines next to old/ very slow people to make my self look faster and better :-0

Am currently on 3 colpermine tablets a day, no intense pains today but still bloated/ strange tummy noises and uncomfortable. If it continues I will go to the docs on Tuesday ( visit family in the same town as the doc so can leave kiddies with family!)

I don't miss it, first week (6th jan) I was so bored at night I would go to bed early! I used to drink a few glasses of wine a night, my stomach is defiantly going ( lost 5inches in January) but I'm putting that down to diet and gym 3x week .

Thank you for all the replies! I'm not sure it's for me now :-( I'm very active at the moment, gym 3x per week burning over 1000 calories each time i go which is up to 2.5 hours per session, swimming Friday afternoons, constantly cleaning and cooking ( I have 4 children lol ) and walk to school/ going to also start walking…

I got myself granola a while ago thinking I would be all healty. Very shocked at the calories in that! also cheese....

Ill join! I'm sick of people not supporting me and tell me I don't need to loose the weight. I'm overweight therefore I do need to shift it!

A small loss is better than a gain! My first week I lost almost 5lb then the week after just under 1lb, still all in the right direction.this week I think I've stayed the same but I have only been to the gym once and eaten. A few biscuits. Will try harder next week...

I first started it last year but had to give up on day 11 due to a bad knee! I felt it was intense, felt like i was dying and ached so badly the next day. After day 3 it got better for me!

I've lost8.8lb in 3 week, no one has noticed/ or even mentioned it to me but I am slowly ( past few days) just beginning to notice myself. Good luck with your journey!
