I too reccomend TKD and would DISCOURAGE Juijitsu the small joint locks and manipulation can cause damage to young bodies. Myself and My 8yo Boy do TKD and LOVE it!!

A friend of Mine works out with him regularly he is still around.

I watched a 73 year old man get hit black belt in taekwondo on Saturday. Age is only a number.

It was amazing and even a little emotional . The one woman and the little girl are mother and daughter so that made it even more special. They defiantly earned their belts one them took a pretty good head kick and got knocked out but she recovered and finished strong. At the end they had to talk about how TKD has changed…
