My own little bit of success!

Just finished week 2 day 1 of c25k. I have had such a hard time staying motivated in the past, and seeing anything fitness-wise through..but for some reason, it feels so dang good this time around! With that, I just have four things to say:

(1) I am down four pounds! Yeah baby!!
(2) Dang was it ever a cold run today! 9 degrees is chilly, even with the sun out.
(3) I can already feel my endurance level increasing, and it feels good!
(4) So thankful for the person that invented long underwear!!

    Good job! Keep at it, running is fun. And the endurance and stamina you'll gain will be awesome!

    Doing day 3 wk one today ON A TREADMILL way to cold to run outside!!

    good job ;) I would definantly have runned by somewhere that would give me lemon tea! 9 degrees is defiantly cold! Glad your working through all the obstacles in your path. God bless
  • Thanks everyone! Wish I had access to a treadmill but unfortunately don't right now. It's supposed to be 30 today, so it'll be like a heatwave! Lol!
