So I'm Confused do I Log Farting and Let my FartBit log it or do I take off my FartBit and log them manually? I don't want to get credit for the same farting twice.

Our TKD school is at least 50% punching. but we are a little out of the norm in that we train all sorts of things including grappling and submissions. Not your normal TKD class.

Also check out your Local Goodwill or other second hand store, usually lots of exercise vids to be had there super cheap.

Full sleeve on my left arm and lots on my right no regrets, that being said I will never have a tattoo that cant be easily covered, nothing below the wrist and nothing above the collar.

I learn more when teach then I do as a student. I love teaching the youth class at our TKD school.

I always see them at my Local Goodwill. I cant recommend any specific videos. but for Goodwill prices you can try many until you find one you like. I saw a full Taebo set (6 tapes) still in the plastic on VHS for $2 .

Then get the word "Diet" out of your vocabulary. You are not on a diet , you are permanently changing the way you view food and it purpose. If you are "On a diet" you will fail to keep it off, this is a lifelong commitment. That being said, Welcome and good luck!!

Yes MFP has built in your deficit. That being said most people only eat about 1/2 of the earned calories back.

Calories in VS Calories out, Eat at the recommended deficit and you will lose weight...Good luck! The biggest thing is BE HONEST with yourself and log EVERYTHING.

That is so weird I have had mine linked for over a year and never had issues(unless FitBit or MFP is having known troubles)
