im only here a few days but am finding the same.... its so easy to plan your meals and realise what you were doing wrong before. There is a grerat motivation for excercise and it can allow you an extra treat and its great to see a little extra left if you dont use them!! Its a fantastic site!!

ok.. I had started to reply individually.. but there are a few responses now!! So thanks everyone.. Im proud of myself and I just managed to avoid free cupcakes in work (good performance reward for employees) .. it had lovely soft icing and I really, really, really wanted one... but i went for a walk instead.. disaster…

protien is great if you are working out.. it helps to build muscle. f the calorie intake is right I wouldnt worry unless it gets excessive. Its hard to have it every way.. although its good to be aware of it!!

Hi!! My first couple of days here too. I have 2 dogs.. 2 pugs, they are a great excuse to go for a walk for excercise and you fel guilty if you dont take them then!!! Good luck!! This seems like a great site for support and ideas. Laura x
