I work in a cleanroom environment so can't drink while at my desk, and have to gown up if I leave and come back, I have a bad bladder as it is!! But ill try harder to drink more!! Thanks for the advice!!

Ok, if that's the case I'm not drinking nearly enough!! Well it's not including coffee or the water in food like the stew/soup I had today. Guess I'll have to keep drinking!!!

Great omlette!! I use one whole egg and loads of veggies, then sometimes instead of regular cheese I smear cottage cheese on top!! I love eggs.... Hence I'm always over on protien!! My own personal view is that if you're not sweating hard then you're not working out hard enough!! It's like proof that you put the effort in!! Just clean down the machines ect. Sounds like you have come through a tough time. But it seems you have become stronger because of it. Sometimes life gets in the way of doing or thinking of yourself. I totally agree with you... We do have a diet... ie the foods we eat... Why do people get annoyed at the word? No matter what label you put on the way you eat, as long as it is working for you and your health... Who cares?
