I am thankful to only have to do workout 5 one more time. But who knows what 7 will be like! My triceps were sore for a week after the first time I did 5. It is tough but it gets easier!

Don't give up yet! The first time I did it I basically just sweated and cussed at my TV. It gets better! It's still not easy but it definitely gets better!

Workout 5 is the hardest for me so far but it gets better! I still can't lift my leg on the crabs but can do just about all of them now. Good luck!

I'm in week 5 and I use 8 for heavy, 5 for medium and 3 for light. I may pick up some 10's after week 6. Sometimes my shoulder and elbow get a little sore so I'm trying to be careful and not hurt anything.

I took mine too and need to take 1 month pictures. I hid them on some obscure folder on my computer. Definitely don't want them popping up in a screensaver or something! That sounds like a good idea. It's funny because of all the years I've been dieting, I've never just counted calories. It's always been points, carbs, etc. I've got some calorie counting to do. :)

I hate the crab!! I started workout 5 today and the crab is back, this time with one leg in the air. I had my leg up for about 2 reps then back to the regular crab. I am glad that I am not the only one who hates this exercise!

OMG, Cardio 2 is torture! The only blessing is that the circuits are only 30 seconds instead of a minute like with Cardio 1. Hopefully, it will be easier at the end of the month. I'm following the meal plans but I have a lot to lose. I was really hungry at first but it has calmed down. I have to pick the foods that keep me satisfied the longest. Myeatman, I believe you can do the kickstart meals anytime during the 90 days. I'm still using some of the recipes. Congrats Roander on the push ups! I about died the first time I did workout 3 but it was a lot easier the second time I did it.

I couldn't find the nitrate free canadian bacon. I either use regular canadian bacon or reduced sodium bacon and trim off the extra fat. Yeah, the yogurt is nasty! It's good though to replace mayonaise. I made the chicken salad in the regular diet and it was really good.

Myeatman-The only breakfast I liked was the canadian bacon with poached eggs, avocado and tomatoes. I ate that every day and am still using it now in the next phase. It kept me full until lunch time.
