  • Good morning! I am trying to get down around 85-100 lbs by my 45th birthday next February. The last time I lost significant weight was with Atkins in 2003, got pregnant with #3 and still haven't lost it. I want to do this the healthy way and get off my blood pressure meds. :)

  • Today I did workout 8 for the first time. The first circuit wasn't too bad but the cardio kicks it up a notch in this workout. There are butt kicks with bicep curls, jump ropes with 3 lb weights, rock stars and suicides. Circuit 3 is REALLY tough with a warrior 3, holding 3 lb weights.

  • I am still very annoyed by the mistakes in the meal plan. I emailed customer service today to see if they are going to do anything about it. I'll let you know what I find out!
  • I put each muffin in a ziplock sandwich bag then put all of the sandwich bags into a large ziplock freezer bag. I can put them in the microwave completely frozen for 30 seconds and they are ready to eat. Nice to have on hand for a breakfast on the go.

  • I got 12 muffins out of these but the texture is very thick and I filled the muffin pan almost to the top. They don't rise much. I like these for when I don't have time to cook in the morning. They freeze well and you can pop them in the microwave for breakfast on the go.
  • That's funny, Roander! I just finished workout 5 for the LAST time. Thankfully! I still don't have that mult-step yoga move down. The crabs are better but I still can't get my leg off the ground. I am scared to see what workout 7 has in store for us!
  • 16 servings for the guacamole? That is NUTS! You would think with as much $ we have forked out for this plan they could have at least proofed the recipes!
