eat clean and train dirty. You should count your calories to know how much your intaking. A lot of times we think we dont eat much and eat "healthy" when in reality we're not eating well at all. and the weekends will kill you, depending on how hard you party. Not the drinkin on its own.... but the late night eats…

I did Keto/IF and loved it... now that I'm trying to put some mass on I've been told to get off IF, this was by the nutrionist who gave my bodpod (body fat test). First week really trying to put carbs back in diet and eating more meals :/

this here.. if you plan for it early enough in the day though you can squeeze in an extra 30 min of cardio and wont feel as guilty. but yeah just move on.. I had some of my sons cheezits yesterday :/ lol

add some weight training.. adding some muscle.. fat should come down. But it may not reflect on the scale the way you want, but it should in your appearance. just my .02

i dont know your workout regimine... but how about upping cardio? or changing cardio to HIIT maybe? I'm in the same boat trying to tighten skin and drop last couple pounds in fat. I'm currently around 8/9% BF its tough! eat clean train dirty!! good luck :)

yeah thats roughly 4 lbs a weeks and they say healthy weight loss is 1-2 a week. so your doing good, dont want to lose to much!

I lost a lot of weight this year and looking at putting on about 10/15 lbs of muscle now.. you look good man lets motivate eachother!!

yeah, pretty much personal preference. If you feel good working out after you eat then by all means you may. I recently changed to working out on a empty stomach and prefer it now. good luck!

I have single friends with no kids tell me.... they can't go because their SLEEPY!! lol I have two kids and two jobs.. Sleep does sound nice however.

Well you can still gain fat without eating +3500cal.... 3500cal = 1lb roughly.. so say if 50% of your cal come from fat.. you could gain 1/4 lb fat or whatever be the case because your not burning and it's what the diet consists of. "Standard diets" would break down the calories into 60% Protein 20-30% Fat 10-20% Carbs.…
