So what fish do you recommend? I eat a lot of fish, salmon and cod and yes some tilapia. Salmon is my favorite.

I use my George Foremen grill and Mrs. Dash seasonings. However I find I need to spray the grill good so it does not stick, I use a olive oil spray.

Melissa, start now having your kids eat what you eat. This will only help you as they get older. I have grandkids now and they eat what the adults eat. But I will say I have made pizza roll ups using crescent rolls, pepperoni and 1/2 a string cheese roll it up and bake it. My grandson loves it. So easy!!!!!

I agree with this. I use my George Foreman Grill and Mrs. Dash seasonings on fish and love it. So easy and quick. Easy way to get a lot of healthy protein.

Herb ox makes a Sodium FREE Chicken and Beef broth. That is all I use now.

Mrs. Dash products are very good. If you have a Hy-Vee close to you I recommend talking to the dietitian. The store I go to is so helpful in pointing out new low sodium products.

I rarely eat eggs so for me to buy a dozen eggs they go bad before they would get eaten so I buy the egg beaters so I can freeze in ice cube trays and just pop one out whenever I need it
