8 weeks on Friday and 24lbs so far with just adjusting my diet. My schedule eases up a little now so this week I will start to add exercise in to the mix and see what happens. Good luck!

Me - some nights I've had nothing but then the last couple of nights I've had 2-3 glasses of wine. Boyfriend has a few beers or drinks every night and I like to do the same so I've been factoring it into my calories, but I liek the PP idea of 2 nights off, 1 night on where I can.
