Great tuesday stories! I left work 3 hrs late and still had a bunch of errands and was starving - I held it together and was able to make it home without grabbing fast food like I was afraid I would - vicotry is mine, greasy yummy burgers!

Age 30, hit 40 this summer and would lime to be a ways along my journey by then. Sw- 210.5 Gw- 145\155, will reassess at 155 cw 205 Doing TDEE and not throwing myself into activity right now but will over the coming weeks

Conceesion stands for my City at both the baseball diamonds, pools and hockey arenas - always a good time. That ties with working in a photo lab...also very very fun days. man things were so simple back then.

getting on your roof to put up a tarp in advance of major rain and having your ladder blow over leaving you up there for a couple of hours in advance of major rain! p.s. you should get a hot water bottle to keep under the blanket....mmm so warm and cozy! wont help with the cold air after a shower though :(

Just make sure you track them, so try and keep count. I've been doing some vodka and crystal light water but making sure I track all my alcohol either way.

if you've more of a fondness for salty than sweet, try roasting the veggies (some of my faves for this are portabello caps and red peppers) and then slice, mix and top with some feta. mmm salty flavoury goodness.

I still have bills and a job and a driveway to shovel. Now overall my quality of live has improved since I got this about 15 yrs ago but I think that's because of hard work, not the tattoo. So no major life change here either way because of it. Maybe I did it wrong!
